WARRANTY INFORMATION
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If you are concerned about the quality of your garment, please contact us.
ADM has a 6month warranty against manufacturer defects, which covers the material and stitched seams. This warranty does not cover friction or contact tears, other accidents or incidents, or natural wear and tear.
Follow individual Care instructions on each garment. Avoid contact with chlorine, bleach, and any other solvents, naked flame, extreme heat, hot water washing, and Dry cleaning.
Garments returned under warranty will either be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Our freight policy for warranty is you pay freight to us, we pay freight to you. If the garment is in need of repair outside of the warranty, all freight is the owner’s responsibility. Before returning garments for warranty or repair please contact us by phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization number. Return Authorizations are valid for a period of 21 days. Garments should be returned to us at the above address, with a copy of the Return Authorization form detailing the proof of purchase and reason for return.
