We are gearing up for Spring 2021 tryouts (April - May)

ADM is a professional organization, just like an NBA, Pro Football, Hockey, or Baseball team.  We will have all management and operations functions, including marketing and PR.  The important differences are that our practice and playing field is on the water and we will be designing, engineering, and building the most technologically advanced sailing vessel. 
ADM is accepting resumes from great athletes, sailors, shore crew, boat operators, and engineers.  Please include a few photos of you on the water, if you have them.  We’ll be reaching out to extraordinarily talented sailors, but if you think you can contribute valuable skills, energy, and dedication to win the America’s Cup, drop us a line
